Poolesville's Master Plan is reviewed and revised every six years in accordance with State Law. the Planning Commission initiates the process through surveys, focus groups and public meetings. Once the Planning Commission is satisfied with the Draft Plan, it is forwarded to the Commissioners for final approval and adoption.
Poolesville's latest version was adopted in 2005. This year, 2010, the Planning Commission will begin the drafting process once again.
